This app helps you ensure your loved ones’ safety –whether that be your friends, your spouse, or your kids.

If you’ve been invited to download the Callie Guardian App it’s because a user of the Callie personal safety app trusts you to watch over them.


How it works

Every day, people use the Callie App while they’re on dates and nights out, when they’re on public transport, when they’re on holiday, and even when they’re out exercising.

Users who want to share their activities simply download the Callie App and invite people to be their trusted guardians.

Whenever one of your loved ones begins a “Watch Over Me” session or triggers an alert, you will be instantly notified and will be able to follow their GPS location in real-time.

As well as the user’s location, you will be able to see how long they think the session will last, any notes that they’ve added, and safety data like their signal and battery levels.

Say your loved one starts a “Watch Over Me” for the drive home. They create a 30-minute session –to cover how long they think it’ll take– and head off. When they get home, they check in as safe and end the session. If, however, your loved one’s session “times out” without ending the task, an automatic alert will be raised.

As the guardian, you will be notified about the start and end of a session, as well as any alerts that go off. That means that you don’t have to stare at your phone to know that your loved ones have got home safely.


Does it cost anything?

The Callie personal safety app and the Callie Guardian app are both totally free. You and your loved ones can use the app as much as you want without ever being charged.

What’s more, you can rest assured that we will never sell your data or personal information.


Why do guardians use a separate app?

We created the Guardian app to make being a guardian as simple as possible. By using the Guardian App, you don’t have to worry about getting to grips with the personal safety app. Once you’ve downloaded the app, getting set up is a breeze and all the information is tailored to you, the guardian.

We know that it’s not always easy to pay attention to your phone: You may have kids who are out partying until 2am, or friends that are in different time zones, or you may just like leaving your phone in the other room!

Once connected, the safety professional can talk to them while they remove themselves from a dangerous situation or, in the case of a genuine emergency, can even work with the emergency services to provide a quick and informed response.
